Due to hygiene reasons, all pieces are non-refundable. We do not permit exchanges, returns or changes of mind on any earring product.

Faulty Items
All Barrington Jewellery is made with great care and skill, and we are proud to produce a quality product that should last a long time if worn and treated with care.
Occasionally, things break! And we always want to take care of you when that happens.
If you believe an item to be faulty or broken, please reach out to our team as soon as possible and we’ll arrange for the product to be fixed.
You can email contact@barringtonjewellery.com.au and we will provide instructions on how to return the item. If a return to Barrington is accepted, return shipping will be at the expense of the sender.
We offer a warranty on products 12 months from the purchase date.
